Russian Missile Strikes Residential Area in Kryvyi Rih, Injures 11
A Russian missile struck a residential area in the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Friday, injuring 11 people, including two children.
Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor, Serhiy Lysak, disclosed this on his Telegram channel, sharing images of the destruction caused by the attack. The missile reportedly damaged high-rise apartment buildings, private homes, and a commercial building.
Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has faced repeated Russian attacks since the war began three years ago. Just two days earlier, a missile strike on the city killed one person and inflicted damage on infrastructure, residential buildings, and administrative offices.
In the southern Kherson region, Russian guided bombs hit multiple locations, including a residential area in Kherson city, killing one person, according to Lysak.
Near the Black Sea, Russian drones targeted the port city of Chornomorsk, near Odesa, resulting in a total blackout for its residents.

These attacks underscore the ongoing intensity of Russia’s military campaign against Ukraine, as civilian areas continue to bear the brunt of the conflict.
