The community leader, who played a crucial role in the rescue, described the moment he found the baby. “I heard cries coming from the riverside and decided to check. That’s when I saw her, wrapped up but completely alone. Whoever left her made sure she had some clothes, but abandoning a child like this is deeply troubling.”
