Police Arrest Suspects with Human Skulls, Recover Stolen Items in Ebonyi
The Ebonyi State Police Command has apprehended a suspect, Ovuta Chigozie, found in possession of two human skulls and three locally made firearms. Chigozie, a resident of Okoffia in Ezza South Local Government Area, confessed that the skulls were given to him for preparing a spiritual concoction. Authorities are currently pursuing the individual linked to providing the skulls.
In a separate operation, police officers tracking a stolen tricycle uncovered a syndicate specializing in altering the colors of stolen tricycles from neighboring states. The operation led to the arrest of four suspects: Nweke Chukwudi, Nwankwo Obinna, John Abba, and Uche Abba.

Three stolen tricycles were recovered from the suspects, who reportedly confessed to receiving the vehicles from accomplices for repainting.
The Ebonyi State Police Command, through its spokesperson SP Joshua Ukandu, reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety of residents and prosecuting those involved in criminal activities. All suspects will face legal proceedings upon the conclusion of investigations.
